Client Operations Specialist

Salary: £24,000-£27,500 per annum, dependent on experience

Crooton is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and versatile coordinator to enhance our operations team, following an internal promotion.

Role Overview:

As a Client Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the Office Manager and be responsible for a variety of tasks focused on the effective allocation and scheduling of customer service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log all incoming emergency support requests from clients, ensuring updates are made as tasks progress to completion.
  • Communicate with clients to schedule engineering service visits based on the provided task information.
  • Coordinate with our engineers and approved subcontractors to assign scheduled tasks, supplying all necessary information for task completion.
  • Assist the broader team with additional responsibilities as needed, including answering calls and relaying messages to colleagues.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A logical thinker with the ability to follow clear instructions and established methodologies.
  • A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

While previous experience in a fast-paced office environment and customer service coordination is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
