The Recruitment Group is seeking a knowledgeable Purchasing Support Specialist to become part of their dynamic team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing Export & Import operations.

Provide support to the procurement team in order processing.

Assist the accounts team in generating and managing invoices.

Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with colleagues, external clients, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Demonstrated experience in Export & Import operations, Procurement Administration, and Accounts Payable.
