In this fast-paced and vibrant office setting, you will be responsible for managing two diaries for Board Directors, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and handling various administrative tasks.


Your daily responsibilities may include booking travel arrangements, preparing presentations for directors, and accompanying board members on site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address day-to-day inquiries, manage correspondence, and facilitate internal and external communications.
  • Document meeting minutes, schedule meetings, and oversee two diaries.
  • Coordinate presentations and marketing initiatives, whether in print or digital formats.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties as required.

Candidate Criteria:
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT applications, including Excel and Word.
  • This position is office-based; remote work is not an option.
  • Applicants should reside within a 40-minute drive of the office.
