This is great opportunity for someone who has excellent attention to detail, is a strong communicator and is looking for a busy and varied role Part time will be considered for this role.
THE SALARY
£24,500-£28,000 per annum - dependant on experience

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:

- You will be the first point of contact and will welcome all visitor in a warm and courteous manner.
- Manage office stationery and administer replacement orders.
- Keep the kitchen area tidy and well stocked and ordering replacements as necessary.
- Manage the presentation and set-up of our meeting rooms this will include planning and coordinating functions and ordering catering for these luncheon.
- Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to: filing, scanning, photocopying and coordinate incoming and outgoing post, distributing to relevant teams.
- Arrange courier pickups, collections and book taxis as required.
- Answer calls and direct queries to the relevant departments.
- Check and process invoices and send onto accounts within the agreed timelines.
- Accurate update company documents when required and understand the importance of confidentiality and how it needs to be applied when undertaking of all duties.
- Provide ad-hoc support around the office and as directed by your line manager.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
Qualifications. A Level 2 in English & Maths - desirable not essential.

Experience. Previous experience of working within an office administrator role is a must. You will also have experience of working within a fast-paced environment, the ability to problem solves, be able to handle multiply tasks and use independent judgement. You must also have a strong knowledge of using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Communication. You will be a confident communicator and listener, engage and communicate with audiences made up of a diverse background across all areas of EV Cargo.

Influence & Persuasion. You will have the ability to effectively build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
People & Self Development. Approachable in nature with the ability to continuously make improvements. You will bring energy, enjoy helping others and have a can-do attitude.
