**Job Type**: Part-time
Hours: 20 per week - Flexi hour

Salary £14.00 per hour

**The Role**

Ellemby is an established domestic and commerical cleaning company offering many services to Bucks and the surrounding Counties.

Due to increased demand and organic growth we are looking for an experienced administrator to join the team on a part-time and permanent basis. This is a busy and varied role with no two days the same.

Once training has been given there is an option to work from home for part of the week.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
At least 2 years’ experience in the administration of offices services.

Computer literate in Microsoft packages & have the ability to quickly learn how to navigate around our cleaning software & Xero accountancy system.

Good written and verbal communication skills, able to deal with personnel who may not have English as their first language.

Able to work to tight deadlines and targets.

Confident, engaging, uses own initiative.

Strong attention to detail is essential.

**Admin Duties**

Taking bookings and diary management

Assist with recruitment of cleaning operatives and agency staff

Administration of all personnel information: absence record, holiday records & training matrix

Process all Help Desk requests quickly and efficiently

Assist with providing regular written and photographic reports to the clients

Process and distribute cleaning materials, stock take and re-order when needed

Ensure all necessary processes and procedures are in place and adhered to

Maintain and file all documentation as appropriate

Coordinate and liaise with internal and external staff

Organise cleaning rotas

Provide support to Account Lead and Operations Manager
