We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secretary with a background in the mortgage industry to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties to collect and provide required information.
**Document Management**:Maintain organised and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems for client documents and records.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies in handling sensitive client information.
**Appointment Scheduling**:Schedule meetings, appointments, and calls for mortgage professionals, ensuring optimal time management.
Coordinate with clients and internal team members to arrange suitable meeting times.
Assist in creating a positive client experience by offering assistance and support throughout the mortgage process.
**Administrative Support**:Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Contribute to maintaining office supplies and a tidy work environment.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in the mortgage industry, is essential.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
