**Purpose Summary**
The NetSuite Administrator will play a key role in our Finance team, focusing on overseeing and enhancing our exciting new NetSuite ERP into Phase 2 and onwards. This individual will leverage their expertise in the NetSuite eco-system to design and implement financial processes, integrate supporting systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
**The key areas of responsibility include**:
**System**
- Manage and administer the NetSuite platform, including user setup, roles, permissions, and configurations
- Continuously evaluate and improve the NetSuite system to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience
- Design and implement alongside our Netsuite Partner Netsuite billing and revenue recognition
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for NetSuite processes
**Process Improvement**
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Finance function
- Streamline financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new features within Netsuite.
**Training and Support**
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective use of Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve user inquiries, and maintain documentation
**Collaboration and Communication**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business operations, to gather requirements and ensure system alignment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
**Essential**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role
- Experience with NetSuite Billing and Revenue Recognition in a SaaS business
- Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, data model, and functionality.
- Proficiency in integrating NetSuite with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions
**Desirable**:
- NetSuite certifications (such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Developer) are a plus
- Experience in a corporate Finance role.
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles.
- Familiarity with CRM/CPQ systems (Salesforce) and data integration.
