**Project Coordinator**

**Chalfont St Peter, SL9**

**£24,000 - £30,000**

**Perm Position (Ideally to start ASAP) 40 hours per week, office based, 8am until 5pm.**

**Opportunity**

Looking for a Project Administrator, to join a small company but within a busy role, with the opportunity to work as part of a friendly team, ideal for a motivated individual with an aptitude for problem solving, learning, and organising in a fun working environment.

**Overall responsibility to ensure that;**

Assist in negotiating rates with suppliers including historical sales records and inventory stock to obtain high quality products at the lowest possible price.
- Coordinate the allocation of both labour and materials for each ongoing project on a daily weekly basis. - Acting as the first point of contact by telephone - taking messages and distributing correctly.
- Composing and understanding ‘Risk Assessments and Method Statements for the beginning of the projects and Operations and Maintenance Manuals for the finalisation of all completed projects.
- Making sure purchase orders are in a coherent order and once completed filed away under the correct project.
- Responsible for phoning suppliers and making sure that all materials arrive as scheduled on site.
- Maintaining running projects and material databases on Microsoft Excel.
- Carrying out photocopying, filing and scanning for the work force.
- Co-ordination of Stock take, both on site and at our yard.
- Offer comprehensive administration assistance to the company in all aspects.

- Outstanding organisational skills
- Self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic
- Knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent telecommunication skills (You will receive full on the job training by our current Operations Administrator.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
