Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Pre-Construction Manager to take on a challenging role that involves risk assessments, build ability, soil samples, program, methods of construction, lifting, and cranes placements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should have extensive experience in delivering projects as a No1 on site, Main Contractor or Sub Contractor in a Design or Technical Coordination capacity in the UK. A strong understanding of IT & software systems, design & build project experience, and the ability to pull apart a program to identify areas for time and profit savings are essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a Construction Background relevant to the role, such as a Degree or HNC qualification, and the technical understanding to read drawings and review programs in depth.
