At Argenx, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team in Gerrards Cross. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our office.
Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and skilled individual to work closely with our leadership team, managing daily calendars, coordinating events, and providing general administrative support. You will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining key processes, including finance, legal, and materials review, while ensuring seamless communication within our global network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Coordinate daily calendars, schedule meetings, and handle logistics for our leadership team.
- Events: Manage logistic planning and organization for Medical Affairs and Commercial events.
- Legal Admin & Accounting Administration: Manage vendor creation, distribute PR/PO, manage incoming invoices, and coordinate contracting process.
- HR Support: Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, plan and manage material order and delivery, and maintain reviewers database.
- Material Review Process: Coordinate material distribution for review, QC material, follow-up on material status, track approvals, and manage Material Review Committee meetings.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced organization. You should have excellent organizational skills, strong project management abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in operating roles, knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, and IT management skills are also essential.
Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
