We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team in Gerrards Cross. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency of our office, providing general administrative support, and working closely with our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating daily calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling logistics for our leadership team.
  • Managing logistic planning and organization for Medical Affairs and Commercial events.
  • Providing administrative support for finance, legal, and materials review processes.
  • Coordinating onboarding process for new hires, planning and managing material order and delivery, and maintaining reviewers database.
  • Managing material distribution for review, QC material, follow-up on material status, tracking approvals, and leading Material Review Committee meetings.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced organization. You should have excellent organizational skills, strong project management abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in operating roles, knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, and IT management skills are also essential.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
