About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Tesco. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.

  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services, providing recommendations to customers.
