About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Spicerhaart team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and contacts via various channels.
  • Register client details and forward them to relevant teams to arrange viewings and appointments.
  • Book property valuations and complete administrative tasks for our network of branches.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve success and maintain consistently high service standards.

What We Offer

As a Customer Engagement Specialist with Spicerhaart, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, along with uncapped commission based on your performance. You will also have opportunities for career advancement through a structured career path and the potential to expand your working hours.

A Day in the Life

As a member of our dynamic team, you will work 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule, which may include working on Saturdays with a day off in lieu the following week. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, registering client details, booking property valuations, and completing administrative tasks.
