Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at COREcruitment International. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business meets its financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that food quality is consistently excellent.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards in the kitchen and bar areas.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
