We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of construction projects, managing site operations, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site procedures, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to site operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of site management policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in site management, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Scaffold inspection qualifications.
