We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of site-based staff to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate and manage site logistics, including transportation and storage.
- Develop and implement site-specific quality control plans.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid SMSTS certificate and CSCS card.
