About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Operations to join our team at Travel Chapter. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering scalable finance operations that cover key transactional processes, including Purchase to Pay (P2P).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best-in-class finance operations processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective transaction processing.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of finance operations professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure team performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain accounts payable policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvements, leveraging automation and technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of best-in-class O2C and P2P processes and delivery frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on process improvement and innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions.
