Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of Graduate Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at Bright Search Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams, strong leadership and coaching capabilities, and a passion for developing the next generation of sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Manage and coach a team of Graduate SDRs to ensure each team member develops into a high-performing sales professional.
- Sales Development Strategies: Design and implement sales development strategies to help new hires understand the fundamentals of sales and execute effective sales tactics.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess performance, providing continuous feedback and guidance to improve skills, morale, and results.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management to align training and development programs with business goals, working alongside other sales managers.
- Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the team is equipped with the latest tools and techniques in sales.
- Leadership: Lead by example, inspiring the team by demonstrating effective sales techniques and processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (essential).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on coaching or training graduate-level employees.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed targets, strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on management approach.
- Competitive Salary: £40-45k
