Your Role.

As a Strategic Sales Manager for the BES Asset Reliability sales division, you will take charge of marketing our diverse range of Load Monitoring solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying and establishing new long-term strategic client partnerships. Collaborating with your team, you will proactively seek opportunities while conducting strategic client visits to onboard new customers and nurture existing accounts along with our agent networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate quotes and/or commercial and technical proposals to present to clients by coordinating with our engineering and production teams. Formulate and execute a marketing strategy tailored for various target markets and products. Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation, establishing contact, qualification, to closing the deal, working closely with the Sales support team, agents, and clients. Engage with qualified prospects through direct meetings and ongoing communication to foster positive long-term partnerships. Maintain and enhance customer relationships within designated regions or markets. Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries, generating quotations or proposals as necessary and forwarding them to the appropriate sales team or client. Ensure accurate updates of CRM and other sales applications. Assist the Customer Services team as needed to resolve any commercial or technical issues. Participate in key industry exhibitions to promote our products and identify new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile.

Familiarity with load monitoring equipment or experience in an engineering/technical environment is advantageous. Previous experience in Offshore Wind, Marine, Renewables, or Oil & Gas sectors is preferred. A positive attitude, strong aptitude, and enthusiasm for our work. Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills, supported by strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly effective sales, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Interest in online lead generation. Ability to drive sales through digital marketing strategies. Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, presentation, and written. Proven track record of effective negotiation and deal closure.
