We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Contacting business owners and HR professionals to set up online demonstrations of our clients' solutions
- Qualifying new business opportunities and booking qualified business meetings for our Business Development Managers to close
- Working closely with our experienced managers and Business Development Managers to develop and progress in your career
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 OTE, with a guaranteed £250 bonus for your first 3 months
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing after 2 and 5 years' service
- A day off on your birthday
- Entry into our 2-year Sales Academy Programme, working closely alongside experienced managers and BDMs to help you develop and progress after only 1 year
