Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Project Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and settling insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service to clients, and maintaining a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process and settle insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection, ensuring compliance at all times
  4. Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify outstanding debts, developing and implementing effective recovery strategies
  5. Provide guidance and support to the collection team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively
  6. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals, maintaining open communication and a positive working relationship

  8. Report to the customer service manager on project progress, providing regular updates and insights
  9. Identify potential issues and suggest appropriate solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
