Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Project Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and settling insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service to clients, and maintaining a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and settle insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection, ensuring compliance at all times
- Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify outstanding debts, developing and implementing effective recovery strategies
- Provide guidance and support to the collection team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals, maintaining open communication and a positive working relationship
- Adhere to company guidelines and industry regulations, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with best practices
- Report to the customer service manager on project progress, providing regular updates and insights
- Identify potential issues and suggest appropriate solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
- Participate in training and development activities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our clients
- Maintain accurate records of all claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
