Location: Salford Quays, Manchester

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE + Benefits

We are seeking multiple Claims Specialists to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of end-to-end motor claims, ensuring fair and timely settlements while adhering to the company's commitment to claim ownership.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and deliver positive outcomes for customers throughout the claims process.

Core Skills Required:

  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating settlements with claimants or their representatives.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to foster positive relationships.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize data and evidence to make informed decisions when challenges arise.
  • Prior Insurance/Claims Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.

Key Experience & Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in insurance or claims handling is essential.
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise.
  • Strong skills in managing complaints effectively.
  • Understanding of FCA regulations, including responsibilities related to Consumer Duty.
