We are looking for Claims Specialists to join our dynamic team, where you will manage a diverse range of motor claims, ensuring fair and timely resolutions while adhering to our commitment to claim ownership. You will continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and deliver positive outcomes for our clients throughout their claims experience.

Key Skills Required:
  • Communication: You will communicate clearly and effectively with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: You will negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to foster positive relationships.
  • Problem Solving: You will utilize your analytical skills to make informed decisions when challenges arise.
  • Prior Insurance/Claims Experience: This is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and settle claims in accordance with our established principles and procedures.
  • Maintain accountability for your caseload and meet performance objectives.
  • Accurately reserve files following our reserving philosophy.
  • Process payments on claims files within your authority.
  • Monitor for potential fraudulent claims and respond appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive business improvements.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the claims process to provide superior service.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards at all times.
Experience & Knowledge:
  • Prior experience in insurance or claims handling is essential.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Strong skills in managing complaints.
  • Understanding of FCA requirements and Consumer Duty.
