About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Specialist Advisor to join our team at Heat Recruitment. As a Claims Specialist Advisor, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end motor claims across various heads of damage, including recoveries, third-party, or PI.
Main Responsibilities:
- Record, Manage, and Settle Claims: You will be responsible for recording, managing, and settling claims in accordance with team guidelines.
- Processing Payments: You will process payments on claims files and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Agree Liability: You will agree liability with clients and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to resolve claims.
- Compliance and Quality: You will ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that high standards of practice are maintained.
- Customer Service: You will deliver strong customer service to clients and ensure that their needs are met.
