About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of Graduate Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). As a Sales Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring that graduates quickly adapt to the sales environment, and guiding them towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach a team of Graduate SDRs to develop into high-performing sales professionals.
- Design and implement sales development strategies to help new hires understand the fundamentals of sales and execute effective sales tactics.
- Monitor and assess performance, collaborating with senior management to align training and development programs with business goals.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the latest tools and techniques in sales, and inspire the team by demonstrating effective sales techniques and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on coaching or training graduate-level employees.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a hands-on management approach.
