Position Overview

We are on the lookout for dedicated Customer Service Operators to become part of our dynamic team, providing essential support to patients, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals across the UK and Ireland.

This role is a full-time opportunity, operating during the night shift from 23:00 to 07:00, five days a week, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming inquiries, addressing queries with professionalism.
  • Assist patients by scheduling appointments and liaising with GPs and other healthcare providers.
  • Engage in administrative duties, including the processing of prescriptions, specialist referral letters, and other health-related documentation.
  • Ensure that all information is accurately recorded and maintained in accordance with company protocols.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in call handling or contact center environments is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Possess a strong level of emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to convey sensitivity and understanding during telephone interactions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
