Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Operators to enhance our current team, providing essential support to patients, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals across the UK and Ireland.

This role is a full-time opportunity, requiring work from 23:00 to 07:00, five days a week, including weekends, based in our Bracknell office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming inquiries, effectively addressing various questions and concerns.
  • Assist patients by scheduling appointments and liaising with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in administrative duties, including the processing of prescriptions, specialist referral letters, and other medical documentation.
  • Ensure that all information is accurately recorded and maintained in accordance with company policies.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong customer service abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in call handling or contact center environments is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
  • High level of emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding during telephone interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
