Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Operators to enhance our team, providing essential support to patients, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals throughout the UK and Ireland.
This role requires full-time commitment during the hours of 23:00 to 07:00, working five days a week from Monday to Sunday, based in our Bracknell office.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming inquiries, addressing queries effectively.
- Assist patients by scheduling appointments and liaising with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage in administrative duties, including processing prescriptions, specialist referral letters, and various health-related documents.
- Ensure accurate recording and storage of information in accordance with company protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional customer service abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in call handling or contact center environments is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the capacity to demonstrate empathy and understanding over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
