Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Therapies Team at University Hospital of North Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.
Main Responsibilities- Provide physiotherapy services to patients across a range of specialties, including respiratory, critical care, and surgical wards.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Supervise and support junior physiotherapists, promoting their professional development and contributing to the growth of our team.
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain clinical expertise, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
- Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Minimum of 18 months graduate experience as a physiotherapist.
- Experience of supporting and supervising staff, with a strong focus on leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to and work across multiple sites, with a flexible approach to working hours.
