About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Decision Making Lead in the Urgent Care Department at the University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team in the Urgent Care Department, providing expert guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and streamline departmental operations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Provide training and education to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental strategies and initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered Physiotherapist with a strong background in clinical decision making and leadership.
  • Proven experience in managing clinical teams and developing policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to travel to and work across multiple sites within the Trust.
