Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our team as a Senior Physiotherapist in the Respiratory Department. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of physiotherapists in the Respiratory Department
  • Develop and implement clinical services and policies
  • Contribute to the development of the department's strategic plan
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Registered Physiotherapist with the HCPC
  • Minimum of 18 months' experience as a physiotherapist
  • Experience of leading a team and developing clinical services
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
