About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health North Staffordshire Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to our patients.
Main Clinical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective clinical care pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient flow.
- Conduct clinical audits and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with professional and clinical standards.
Requirements:
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Physiotherapist.
- Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
