About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a key member of our Therapies Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our respiratory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists in the delivery of respiratory care services
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development of education and training programs for physiotherapists
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and experience

Requirements

  • Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Minimum 18 months graduate experience as a physiotherapist
  • Experience of supporting and supervising staff
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
  • Ability to travel to and work across multiple sites
