We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Therapies Team at University Hospital of North Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThis is a rotational position, offering the chance to work across various specialties, including Critical Care, Surgical Wards, and Emergency Therapy Team. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills, as well as broaden your clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients across the hospital
- Supervise and support junior staff members
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy policies and procedures
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Registered with HCPC
- Minimum of 18 months graduate experience as a physiotherapist
- Experience of supporting/supervising staff
- Experience gained within an acute setting
