About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Physiotherapist to join our Respiratory Team at University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement physiotherapy plans for patients with respiratory conditions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on respiratory management and prevention
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff development

Requirements

  • Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Minimum 18 months of graduate experience as a physiotherapist
  • Experience of supporting and supervising staff
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
