About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and billing to clients
  • Address any client issues promptly and effectively
  • Deliver exceptional levels of client care and experience
  • Ensure all agreed service standards are met and exceeded
  • Attend client meetings and events to network and promote our services

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within a similar industry (data tech, marketing, or advertising)
  • Strong management experience and leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • IT literate, with strong MS Office capabilities
  • Ambitious, driven, and focused, with an entrepreneurial spirit
