Senior Business Development Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking experienced commercial sales managers who can leverage their expertise in customer or distributor management to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales focus and skills in managing key distributors or direct customers in the UK. They will be able to identify commercial levers that maximize existing customer business plans, expand business solutions, and develop strategic account relationships, including pricing architecture and new product introductions.
The Ideal Candidate- Must have a proven track record of success in a technically led industry, with a strong background in relationship-based sales.
- Should have a technical understanding of the polymer, Masterbatch, or conductive compound sectors or a broader Chemicals/Industrial sector and product profile.
- Be CRM literate with experience in pipeline and stage-gate management.
- Have a thorough understanding of Joint Business Planning principles and detailed analytical thinking.
- Be highly commercial, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
