We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Castle Hotel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing MICE, local corporate, and corporate group accounts to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the General Manager and commercial team to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
