About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to lead and be at the forefront of a new phase of business growth, bringing new products to market for a market-leading business. As a key member of a newly created team, you will be tasked with generating accelerated growth by leveraging new investment technologies and introducing new products into the market.
Key Responsibilities- You will work closely with the Operations and Technical teams to understand emerging customer and market trends, and develop strategic solutions to drive business growth.
- With a focus on new business development, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition, you will be responsible for winning and managing customers with excellence, driving revenue growth and building sustainable long-term partnerships.
- Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be accountable for raising the value of the international revenue stream, winning and managing customers with excellence at all times.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an outright sales hunter with a proven track record of new business development success in Industrial/Plastics or Chemicals markets, preferably across international geographies. You will have a talent for developing and winning partnerships, a relentless drive to develop, secure, and win new customer or Distributor acquisitions, and a deep understanding of strategic, solution-based sales in a technically led industry.
