Customer Service Team Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead a team of Energy Experts in delivering exceptional customer service and driving performance across various business areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, team management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ongoing development of the B2B team, including staff performance, skills development, and recruitment.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experience, reducing complaints and improving customer retention.
- Oversee operational processes to ensure bill timeliness and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the wider business to improve customer relationships and service.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding, Sales, and Strategic teams to drive business growth and improvement.
- Ensure industry compliance and adherence to agreed deadlines and regulations.
- Produce regular reports to agreed timescales and complete other reporting or monitoring tasks as requested.
