Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, and resolve issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Process and progress customer accounts through our internal systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service roles with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- High level of numeracy, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience of using multiple IT systems simultaneously, with good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Flexible working hours to accommodate business needs.
