About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first contact resolution for customer queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and adhere to service level and resolution targets, ensuring that customer requests are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery, resolving complex issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints, prioritizing and resolving them to the customer's satisfaction and within agreed timeframes.
  • Process and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely billing and resolution of customer requests.
