About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Ecotalk Customer Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring that our customers receive a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, delivering first contact resolution.
  • Ensure customer accounts are accurate and all requests are completed efficiently.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring prompt and frequent updates.
  • Manage customer queries via email and other communication channels.
  • Adapt to business needs and work collaboratively with the team to achieve objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Effective listening skills and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Numeracy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with financial aspects of procedures.
