This position plays a pivotal role in a program aimed at revolutionizing our comprehensive Property processes through an Asset Lifecycle approach, which includes the future strategy for Property Asset Management technology.
We acknowledge that effective change management is essential for successful transformation and for realizing and maintaining our benefits. Therefore, we are in search of a Change and Adoption Lead who possesses the experience and enthusiasm for driving impactful change.
You will have the chance to collaborate on change initiatives across the Property function, with some involvement in Tesco Group activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain insights into Change Management and Property at Tesco.

Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Asset Lifecycle, you will ensure that Tesco colleagues are equipped to lead, embrace, and sustain changes in their work processes and with suppliers.
Change Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive Change & Adoption Management strategy for programs and projects, aligning with the Change framework to promote behavioral change and integrate new business practices regarding policies, processes, and systems.
Change Assessments: Conduct Change & Adoption Management evaluations that address the human aspect of change throughout the lifecycle of programs and projects. This includes performing change impact assessments, managing people-related risks and issues, and evaluating stakeholder readiness for change while advising on activities to embed the change within the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement: Create and execute stakeholder engagement strategies and plans. Identify, manage, and communicate effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders. Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and articulate ideas clearly and confidently in both verbal and written formats. Exhibit the ability to influence without authority and manage meetings and presentations effectively.
Change Communications: Develop a compelling case for change, producing communication and engagement materials while overseeing communications to stakeholders. Ensure all materials are timely, aligned with broader messages, and consistent with brand standards.
Change Training: Identify educational and training needs, collaborating closely with relevant teams to create sustainable solutions.
People-Centric Approach: Serve as the primary resource for expertise on managing the human side of change. Represent the end-user perspective throughout the process and understand their experience as a customer. Assist in providing transition support to establish a sustainable business-as-usual environment.

Proven experience in defining and executing change strategies within a large organization Demonstrated success in delivering behavioral change initiatives to embed new operational practices across diverse stakeholder groups Relatable and personable character, capable of building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) Proficient in MS Office applicationsBenefits
