Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the check-in and check-out procedures to guarantee efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints to uphold high service standards.
  • Train, schedule, and assess front desk personnel to ensure peak performance.
  • Manage room bookings, billing, and payment processes for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to coordinate services and resolve any issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a reception setting.
  • Familiarity with reservation and billing systems, preferably the Opera System.
  • Adept at multitasking and maintaining organization in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: £32,500 per annum

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, with varied shifts including Early, Mid, and Late, totaling 40 hours per week.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
