Our client is currently seeking an experienced Reception Manager for their beautiful country house hotel situated located close by to Rugby.

The property has 40 plus bedrooms and an award-winning Food and Beverage operation.

The property is renowned locally for weddings, functions and events, as well as a truly unique offering which will become apparent should you be invited for an interview.

As Reception Manager you will:

Play a vital role in delivering a great experience to all hotel, wedding and event guests. You will have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed guest expectations.

You will act as an ambassador for the hotel by providing assistance to guests with any requirements they may have whilst staying at the hotel or during events, problem solving any issues and providing information to guests for on or off site activities and attractions.

* The successful Reception Manager will be positive and engaging, highly customer focused who can motive and manage the concierge and reception team.

* The successful Reception Manager will have experience of working in a Front Office or Reception Supervisor, Head Receptionist or Manager role within a 4 star hotel.

This position will include shifts working Mon - Sun - 5 of 7 - shifts between 7am-11pm.

40 hrs per week.

Salary:

Up to £35,000 per annum
