**Hotel Receptionist**

Experience within Hotels as a receptionist? Passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality? We may have the perfect role for you Come and join our client, a Luxury Country House Hotel as a Hotel Receptionist.

**Objective of the Role**

A Receptionist is the first person that a guest meets on arrival to the Hotel, therefore it is of utmost importance that all staff present a friendly and professional image to our guests at all times.

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be required to ensure every guest receives the ultimate in customer service. You will be an effective communicator, experienced in complaint handling, a true peoples person.

Ideally, you will have experience working as a Receptionist within the hospitality industry, knowledge of the OPERA system or similar hotel management system would be fantastic, however not essential as full training will be provided.

**Terms and Conditions**:

- 40 hours per week
- Flexible shift pattern to cover evenings and weekends

£22,000 to £24,000 per annum
