We are a small family run business based within the Lutterworth area of Leicestershire.

We undertake any and all work orientated around drainage from investigations, installation and repairs.

We work nationwide offering a bespoke all in one package to any drainage related issue that may occur and are growing year on year with huge scope for ongoing tendering opportunities to secure long term work streams.

- Create reports based from information collected by the engineers
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary items are stocked
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the engineers
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with sage or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,191.00-£27,986.00 per year
