About the Role
Positive Source Ltd is seeking a dedicated Project Management Officer to enhance our dynamic project coordination team. This role is essential for supporting our extensive range of projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to Site Teams and Project Managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information for successful project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, site teams, and internal departments, demonstrating strong written and verbal skills.
- Utilize office software proficiently, particularly Excel, and ideally have experience with SAP.
- Exhibit flexibility and enthusiasm, thriving in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing last-minute changes and requests.
- Assist with project administration tasks, including order management, health and safety documentation, risk assessments, and material procurement.
- Manage diaries and coordinate accommodation arrangements for on-site teams.
- Prepare risk assessments and method statements as required.
- Engage with installers and clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Organize and maintain all documentation related to installation projects.
- Effectively juggle multiple projects and requests simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
