Key Responsibilities:
As the Lead Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring the reception team to create a warm and inviting environment for all visitors.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Training, scheduling, and assessing front desk personnel to ensure peak performance.
  • Managing room bookings, billing, and payment procedures with precision and efficiency.
  • Acting as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to facilitate services and resolve any issues.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Possessing experience in supervisory or managerial roles within guest services.
  • Handling reservations and billing processes, preferably with familiarity in the Opera System.

Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment of 5 days per week, with a variety of shifts including Early, Mid, and Late, totaling 40 hours weekly.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time, permanent role.
